The Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of Misr Beni Suef Cement Company are honored to invite you to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the company scheduled to be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, 7/4/2024 at the company's headquarters located at 14 Marwa Street - Osman Towers - Corniche Maadi - Cairo In light of the decision issued by the Chairman of the General Authority For Investments No. 160 of 2020, the meeting will be held and participated in through modern means of communication using E-technology. Misr Beni Suef Cement Company produces various types of cement products as per the highest Egyptian and European standards.
Establishment Date:
The decree on the license of Misr Beni Suef Cement Company was issued in 1997 by the approval of the President of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones under No. 9-11-840/1997, and this was noted in the company's commercial register under No. 117093 on 12-11-1997.
